Yasmine has spent her career working with families in business across the Middle East. Yasmine's practice focuses primarily on devising multi–generational succession plans and governance systems using region specific tools designed to propagate harmony, fairness and transparency within a family business context. She helps families define their goals and is adept at developing processes and establishing the structures and relationships that support families going through changes both within the business and family systems, supporting them in the wealth structuring on the family side, and in corporate re-engineering and governance on the business side.

Her expertise in creating bespoke governance frameworks and specifically tailored family constitutions contributes to the successful implementation and activation of the proposed policies and frameworks.

Yasmine earned the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising in 2015.
